We had a great stay. Everything is walkable…restaurants, transportation, and if you are willing to walk a bit more the theater district and major tourist attractions are about 2 miles away. The place is great and very functional.

I have stayed in more than 10 places on Airbnb over the last few years and this was undoubtedly the best of them all. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. Carl is a super host indeed. He masters all the necessary aspects to make the stay a pleasant and safe experience. I would love to have the opportunity to return to Carl's house on a future trip.

One of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Super clean and nice. It is a little bit farther of a walk from most of Camden than I expected, but the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and a 15 min walk will get you to many great cafes, pubs, restaurants, transit and things to do. Host was also very responsive and helpful!
